ABOUT ME

My career in fitness and health care began in 2007. After graduating from the University of Milan in Sports Science, I went on to train as a Sports Therapist, further qualifying in Sports Massage Therapy and specialising in Rehabilitation. Following my passion eventually led me to study Osteopathy. After I graduated in 2017 in Milan, Italy I started my journey as a physical therapist where the main goal has always been helping people for a long term benefit. After I moved to UK I got the recognition of my osteopathic qualification through an internship at the University College of Osteopathy in London in 2021.

With professional post-graduate qualifications in postural assessment and functional training methods my experience has given me the knowledge to fully understand the interactions within the body, so that I can help patients optimise their performance be it in normal daily living tasks or high level sporting activities.

I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council, a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and certified 3D MAPS (Movement Analysis & Performance System) of Applied Functional Science with the Gray Institute, USA.

Throughout my years of working in the wellness and fitness industry, I’ve had the opportunity to meet and treat many people. What I’ve come to realise is that everyone is different and unique. With this is mind, my goal is to treat everyone as the individual they are in order to help them towards long-term wellbeing.
